Another speed post of news about Secretary Clinton (seen above departing the U.S. Capitol today after a policy meeting* with Senate Democrats):

"Hillary Clinton 'a natural' with foreign policy" is the headline of a very positive op-ed in Delaware's News Journal.

Clinton delivered a speech about nonproliferation at the U.S. Institute of Peace yesterday.

Clinton will be in Morocco Nov. 2 and 3, the State Department announced.

Clinton's long phone call with Hamid Karzai helped grease the wheels for Sen. John Kerry's trip to Afghanistan last week for intense talks with the Afghan president regarding the election crisis. (Kerry, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, had wanted Clinton's job, but didn't get it, though that didn't keep White House press secretary Robert Gibbs from accidentally referring to the Massachusetts senator as "Secretary Kerry" yesterday.)

Clinton gave President Obama a Mideast progress report.

"Clinton campaign debt under $1 million," reports The Hill.

The Washington Post's Al Kamen reports that some State Department employees have complained that Clinton is inaccessible, but one official wrote to Politico's Laura Rozen to defend Clinton, stating that she has "gone out of her way to interact and engage with career State Department staff at every turn."

*Update, Oct. 23: The original wording, "her weekly policy meeting," was corrected to "a policy meeting," per this Politico blurb.
