Secretary Clinton is having a busy week at the U.N. General Assembly in New York. Above, she speaks with the much taller Swedish Foreign Minister Carl Bildt upon their arrival for a meeting with EU foreign ministers at the Waldorf Astoria hotel.

Another Clinton, however, seems to be getting a lot more attention this week -- husband Bill. He's hosting the fifth annual meeting of the Clinton Global Initiative, which President Obama attend today. FP editor Josh Keating attended a "blogger roundtable" with Bill Clinton yesterday and will be blogging from the General Assembly all this week. (Check out Passport for his posts.)

I don't think Bill is stealing anything.

Every year about this time, he holds his global initiative. This year, it just happens to coincide with all the UN stuff. Hillary still has plenty to do, and always will do a great job. She'll be fine.

Here we go with another

Here we go with another version of Bill v. Hillary. PLEASE! This is the FIFTH Annual CGI - when he started doing this during UNGA week he had no crystal ball to see that in 2009 Hillary would be SOS. And furthermore, when she could not be there last year (as she wanted to be) it was because the stimulus package was up for a vote in the Senate. This year, she is giving the keynote address to the plenary session on the closing day.

Bill is stealing nothing. He loves the Secretary of State and thinks she's doing a terrific job. So do I.
