Yet again, Secretary Clinton receives an award. Today, she receives the Alice Award, presented annually to a woman who has made "an outstanding contribution in breaking barriers and setting new precedents for women." Clinton is being honored for putting "eighteen million cracks" in the glass ceiling.

11:45 a.m. Receipt of 2009 Annual Alice Award at the Sewall-Belmont House and Museum

2:00 p.m. Meeting with Visiting Middle East Democracy Activists

2:15 p.m. Meeting with U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom

3:00 p.m. Bilateral with His Excellency Noer Hassan Wirajuda, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia
