She wore this in Israel when she met Tzipi Livni. Soem of the girls didn't like the color with her raincoat that day. Some didn't like it yesterday. I was also noticing her necklace yesterday. I think sometimes Hillary chooses according to whom she is meeting with, and that sometimes what she wears is a gift or represents a country.

Muslim women frequently give scarves as gifts (I have several). They give it in case you have to cover your head. Hillary wears them around her neck. I think both the scarf and the necklace have a story/history. She wore them for a special reason yesterday, I think.

BTW - She looked absolutely GORGEOUS and Presidential yesterday. She also sounded so wonderful. She's the only member of the administration (besides maybe Gates) who can volley a press conference that way.

I think this may have been given to her when she went to Israel. I think I remember that she didn't wear it to the first meeting or meetings she was in, and then showed up with it later in the day.
