Hillary's Friday agenda

Hillary is rounding out a busy week of meeting with her European counterparts with several more meetings. Yesterday, she met with French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner (above). At the press conference, they touched upon Afghanistan, Hamas, and briefly Kouchner's wife, journalist Christine Ockrent, who wrote a bio of Clinton when she first entered the Senate. 

SECRETARY OF STATE CLINTON:
11:30 a.m. Bilateral with His Excellency Sali Berisha, Prime Minister of the Republic of Albania.

12:30 p.m. Bilateral with Her Excellency Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, President of the Republic of the Philippines.

Rothkopf, did you hear Hillary's Kouchner comments?.........

In the earlier post David Rothkopf recommended that Hillary "listen" when she visits foreign leaders, etc. Well, David wasn't at the French foreign minister (Bernard Kouchner) press briefing with HIllary at the State, was he!? Or Davey would have removed his ear plugs and listened to Hillary's comments to Kouchner regarding her visit there a few years back where she visited pre-schoolers and other French institutions and then came back to Washington and argued the same system should be instituted in the States. Also, the wife of Mr. French Foreign Minister Kouchner, Christine, knows Hillary and she has written a book about her in French when she became a Senator!

So, David, unplug your ears and start LISTENING. And tell Barack to do the same or his obamyopic administration is sunk....

French Foreign Minister's Wife..is Hillary's Friend & wrote Bio!

Is there anyone Hillary DOESN'T know abroad? During the press briefing with French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner, it turned out the press was impressed in that the Foreign Minister's wife Christine is one of Hillary's Friends and has written a biography, when Hillary visited France a few years back, of Hillary!

Yes, people forget

I just wrote another post about this: Yes, people forget that Hillary met just about everyone in the world for EIGHT YEARS when Bill was Prez. There is no substitute for that kind of "experience". Obama has ZERO experience in dealing with heads of state and foreign dignitaries. We are lucky to have Hillary -- the more experienced person -- representing us abroad.
